A bright young upstart from New South Wales, Australia, Lachlan decided to lock horns with the administrators over a ban given to his friend, JR. He took this upon himself despite not having been asked to, and in so doing actually made the situation far worse. He was glined after being tricked into leaving. He then returned under several open proxies, which actually kept the administrators on their toes for a while, and then under shells. Eventually, we had about 25 glines set in place purely to stop him, and when this proved to be ineffective, Services were raised to DEFCON 1, thus locking everyone else out too.
After approximately 48 hours the situation was resolved, with Julien commending Lachlan on his tenacity.
